Other than my shopping, I have been having a grand old time at World Dairy Expo. One of the best things about it is seeing the familiar faces I don’t see often enough. One of these being the most wonderful Canadian in THE WORLD! Mr. Russell Gammon is the Executive Secretary of Jersey Canada and I don’t get to see him often enough. But as long as I’m at Expo I usually get to see his happy face.

Like I said yesterday, beautiful cows is also an essential part of Expo. This is my favorite cow and her name is Veronica, she is a Rockstar…. Seriously.

In the livestock show world, cows are the celebrities and we all have our favorites. Lucky for me, I got to see my favorite. Isn’t she a beauty?
Yup, only at a livestock show would you find a McCain sticker still on a truck!
Of course, a livestock show is the only place you could see this sticker still on a truck.
One of the last people I got to see was Alice in Dairyland. She is Wisconsin’s representative for agriculture. She travels the state for a year doing different kinds of promotional events and talking with people about ag. This year’s Alice in Dairyland is Christine Lindner.
I happened to see Alice in Dairyland chatting it up at a booth at World Dairy Expo!
Tomorrow is my last day at World Dairy Expo but I will do one last report about my experiences!
