Everyone that knows me knows I live for shoes. Because of that I have quite a few pairs to pick from in my closet! I’ve decided I’m going to share my inner fashionista regularly by showing a pair of my shoes on a weekly or bi-weekly basis along with cute outfits to go with it. You should all thank Kelly M. Rivard for giving me this brain child that I’m finally bringing to life!
Just as a long term bait, you will also get to see my wedding shoes early too! Of course you’ll have to wait for that until closer to the wedding, but you just might get a sneak peek before the big day 🙂
So, what pair to start with this week? Well, I decided to go away from the insulated boots I’ve been wearing for the last week and go for something fun and girly! I’m starting with one of my favorite pairs of heels.
They are versatile, fun and flirty. They are about 4 inches in height and have a cute cut out design. With the heel height, if you’re tall like me you have to be comfortable and confident in your height to wear them. They’re by International Concepts and I got them at Macy’s. The best part of them, is that they cost me $10. Yup, a pair of name brand, suede pumps cost $10 because of clearance and a reward gift card I got from my credit card.
I’m going to be honest with you, I am not trying to copy Suzie Salmon with cutting my head out of the picture. It’s hard to justify doing my hair and makeup for a picture when I’m not going anywhere. So please forgive me and I will try not to copy the awesome Suzie too much! My pencil skirt is from Express and it’s a staple in my wardrobe. Of course, it’s simple to pair a tank of any color with this outfit! Talk about classic and versatile to go from work to date night.
