I have extremely dry skin and my face is the worst. On a normal winter I have a hard time keeping my skin from flaking. Anyone in the midwest knows this winter has been exceptionally harsh, so I expected my skin to be worse than normal.
When winter was just starting I stopped into my “local” Sephora store. When I say local, I mean I drove well over an hour south to the northern suburbs of Detroit after I made a BIG Ikea trip. When you live out in the middle of nowhere driving time is very relative.
On this trip to the wonderful land of beauty products I met a wonderful woman in the skin care department. This lady knew what she was talking about when she was taking skin. Although I am still working out some of the issues that I went to see her about, she did solve a big one…. Dry skin.

Keep in mind this is not a cheap skincare set. However, the full size containers will last you quite a while (like 7 or more months). You have to use both steps but trust me, it is worth it. The serum and lotion will keep your skin hydrated and comfortable all day, even in the extreme cold and dry winter we have had.
I have not had a day where my skin felt dry. I used to apply extra moisturizer throughout the day but now I don’t have to at all. My skin stays comfortable and has a moisture barrier all day.
