Christmas Gift Ideas for the Fabulous, Country Woman

Some people are hard to buy gifts for. I have been told by many men their significant other is the biggest challenge.  Well, you just haven’t asked the right person for help. Honestly, I love it when people ask me to help find a gift for their loved ones. I get to go shopping on someone else’s dime. Ahem, men I am giving you hints. If you don’t have someone you can ask for help, I am here to help you. Here is my list of Christmas Gift Ideas for that fabulous, amazing, country woman in your life. 

 

1. Spa gift card (duh) – When in doubt you can never go wrong with this one. Almost any woman can find something they like at a spa. Whether it is a spa in your home town or one in a city nearby it is guaranteed to be a hit. Although I would recommend going for one in a nearby city if you can swing it. You will win brownie points since it would require making it a day trip. 

2. Stitch Fix Gift Card – I just got my first Stitch Fix and I am a believer. For those of you that do not know what it is, it’s a service where a woman signs up and a stylist sends them 5 personalized picks. You can try them on at home and send back anything you don’t want and keep whatever you do want. I will be sharing photos of some of my Stitch Fix finds next week! 

3. Soap Factory of Michigan Products – My friend Lisa from The Soap Factory is amazing! She comes up with the funnest, cutest products that are good for the environment. She loves to make luxurious products with minimal packaging. I have yet to find a product of hers I do not love. Supporting a fellow farmer and Michigan gal is a bonus. My number one favorite product is her Shave Bar. It lasts longer than a can of shaving cream, doesn’t have packaging and is great for sensitive skin. 

4. Cowgirl boots – This is another given in my opinion. Any fashionable, rural woman cannot have too many pairs of of cowgirl boots. These are of my favorite pairs at one of my favorite boot stores. Or these are cute too! Or these are boots to kick some butt in! They have the cutest options and they do a ton of fun stuff on their Facebook page! 

5. Tervis – You can ask anyone in my family or employees. The odds of seeing me walking around with Tervis in my hand is quite high. I love them and could not survive without them. You might be asking what is a Tervis. It is a brand of insulated drinking cup. They keep the hot, hot for longer and the cold, cool for longer. My favorite part is all of the custom tops, straws, handles and patterns you can pick from. This is not just where you can pick your favorite color. You can pick your favorite team, tv show, character, color, pattern or make a custom one. You name it, I bet they have it! Some of my favorite cups are in the artist series, they are so unique and fun like this one. Who wouldn’t love a Toy Story Tervis, I know I would! For the musical person in your life, this one is perfect. 

6. Kelly Moore Bag – If you have a woman who is a multitasker, a writer, loves taking pictures everywhere she goes or is a blogger this gift is for her. I got a Kelly Moore Bag this past year and I have to say, I do not know how I managed before. When I used to go to an event as a writer or blogger, I would need about 3 bags. I needed my camera bag, which was only big enough for my camera gear. Then I had to have a notebook and possibly my computer so that may or may not have meant another bag. And then I had to have my purse. At one event I could have had 3 bags on my shoulders depending on what kind of an assignment it was. That was a lot. Then I heard about the Libby Bag and I got hooked up with a woman who was selling hers. I will admit, I got a very good deal on mine because it was used (still in perfect condition). This bag is perfect because I can fit everything I need into one bag, including the contents of my purse. What a lifesaver and this bag is so cute!  I get a ton of compliments on how beautiful it is and it’s super durable. Talk about a win-win. Now she has so many more bags to choose from I know you can find the perfect bag for that perfect lady in your life. 

7. Red Ants Pants – About a month ago I won a contest on a friend’s blog for a pair of Red Ants Pants. They are work pants made by a woman for women. I am notoriously cheap and go to the local big box store and purchase pants on sale. But seriously, they don’t last long. When I found out I won a pair of these pants I was thrilled. The company was amazing to work with on ordering my size and getting them in just a few days. After wearing them for a few weeks now I have to say I love them. I don’t have to worry about them sliding down because they aren’t low rise and they fit so well in the waist. They are warm and thick enough to offer protection. Once they are washed a time or two they really start to soften up! I have to say, I am sold on the price because they are so comfortable, well fitting and such high quality. If you have a hard working woman or an outdoorsy woman in your life these are a great splurge gift for her. 

8. Sephora gift box – If your woman is like me and she has an obsession with makeup Sephora is a great place to go for her gift. One of the best ways to gift makeup is to give a gift set. You get a lot of products for the money and she can hopefully find a new favorite! For the woman who loves lip products this is a great gift set for her! For the lady who is always looking for the most innovative products for her skin this is an excellent choice. If you have a woman in your life new to high end makeup this is a great kit because it has a little bit of everything.
