It feels like it has been a while since I have done one of my Things I Love Posts. Oh wait, that’s because it has! We are in the new year and in a new season (boo winter) so I thought I would suggest things that might help you keep those New Year’s Resolutions. Now, I don’t know everyone’s resolutions, but I thought I would go for the most common ones.
1. Brow Wiz from Anastasia Beverly Hills – For the person who has resolved to spend more time on them and putting more effort into their appearance. I have become obsessed with eyebrows. I do not do them everyday, but when I put more then 10 minutes into makeup I do them. I used to put it off because they seemed to take so much effort. And then my lovely Sephora expert, Andrea, introduced me to the Brow Wiz and my life was revolutionized. This product turned a 10 minute job into a 2 minute job and if they get a little too heavy it has a nifty little brush that helps to tame it down quickly. Everyone needs one of these!
2. Neutrogena Hand Cream – Okay, it is winter. In the colder part of the country it sucks…. Our skin of all moisture. Don’t just sit around and think you have to live with it. I apply this hand cream every day before I go to bed and you would be amazed at what it will do for your skin. It is even more important to use it in the winter. Do yourself a favor and go buy this stuff!
3. Bose Headphones – If productivity is your resolution I have a great tool for you. This is something I always struggle with because I am very easily distracted. My husband got these for me for Christmas. I cannot wait to use them on our vacation in a few weeks and I have loved using them while working on my computer. Now I don’t get distracted by all of these other things going on. Since they are over the ear and noise cancelling I can’t hear much of what is going on around me.
4. Pottery Barn Basket – Organization is always a common New Year’s Resolution and it was mine for 2013 and 2014. With our new kitchen getting really close to being finished, I have a pantry to organize. I cannot tell you how excited I am about this pantry. I have a big space on the floor that I thought it would be nice to have something down there to organize it. I was originally thinking wood crates with wheels on them and then I found this basket. It cannot get to our house soon enough and if I like it I’m going to stalk it until it goes on sale again and I will buy another one. I really like this idea because things are off the floor, still easy for little hands to reach and they are easy to clean around. All big bonuses of an organized life.
5. Young Living Essential Oils – I talked about how I started getting into these oils on one of my earlier posts. This blog will not become a sales pitch, but I seriously love these oils. They have helped me start sleeping through the night, stop grinding my teeth and have helped my acne. If saving money is your goal, they can also help you do that. They have some oils that can help you make effective, homemade cleaners. That will save you a great deal of money. Imagine instead of spending $22 a month to keep your house clean you can spend $22 every few months? If you have any questions or are interested in talking more about this email me at messykennedy@gmail.com. If you are going to sign up from my suggestion please contact me as well, because you should not get into this venture without someone helping and guiding you. It can get kind of overwhelming!
Now, I want to know what are some of your things you can’t live without or are obsessed with right now? I love finding out about new products so share them below!

The headphones are amazing. It helps my work productivity but our plane this morning was so loud and it was awesome because I could block all that noise out.
If you don’t have anyone in your friend or family base that does oils get in touch with me. It’s important to get into it with someone you know, that way you can get lots of support! I seriously have fallen in love. I still believe in going to the doctor but they have improved the quality of my life.
