Wordless Wednesday: Old Glory
In honor of Independence Day and trying to channel warm thoughts my Wordless Wednesday is featuring the beautiful Red, White and Blue! I can’t lie to you, it doesn’t seem like July 4th is on Monday, it was 55 degrees when I went outside this morning. But like I said, I’m trying to channel warm thoughts. So here it is!
A Different Duck
Today, I’m going to take a different route for my blog post. I have been back home on the family farm for one and a half months now and I’m feeling in a reflective mood. It’s still ironic that I’m finally here after all the years of telling people that’s what I was going to do.
Foodie Friday: Chocolate Milk
I’m so glad to be back with a Foodie Friday post. This one is a little different though, I’m not posting a recipe. My post will be all about chocolate milk, a topic that is near and dear to my stomach! In the past few months chocolate milk has gotten a lot flack. Wordless Wednesday: Pensive Thoughts
Please forgive me… I almost forgot about Wordless Wednesday. But don’t tell anyone else this, I would have been an awful friend if I forgot. I’m going to up before the sun and back in bed shortly after the sun goes down. But, this is my Wordless Wednesday post! My sister and my “always in the middle of everything” dog, Mojo.

Calling all Ice Cream Enthusiasts
I’m very excited to announce that with your help my ice cream flavor has made it to Round 2 of the Flavor Face-Off Tournament for June is Dairy Month! Thank you so much to everyone that helped me out and voted, your support is much appreciated and I hope you will continue to support me and the MSU Dairy Store.
Wordless Wednesday: More than One Way
A few weeks ago I told you that my mom grew up in town, which is totally true. However, when you live in a rural area it’s hard to get too far away from farming. My grandfather was the mayor of our small town, but along with his brothers and other family members owned Longuski Silo. They put silos up all across our local area. They even put one up on our family farm once upon a time!
